At Velloriq, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and secure manner. Our store uses fulfillment partners such as CJ Dropshipping and other third-party suppliers to ensure a wide range of products is available. Please review the following information to understand our shipping process, timelines, and responsibilities.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on product availability and supplier location.
Some items shipped directly from our suppliers (e.g., CJ Dropshipping) may take slightly longer to process. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, or promotions), processing may take 2–7 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping times vary depending on the product, supplier, and destination. Estimated delivery times are:

Domestic (within India): 5–10 business days

International Standard: 10–25 business days

International Express: 5–15 business days
Please note that these are estimates only. Delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, courier delays, or high-volume seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations prior to ordering.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once the order is handed to the supplier or courier:

Velloriq is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is damaged, please contact us at contact@velloriq.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for evaluation.
Address Errors & Reshipping
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders processed via CJ Dropshipping or similar tools are fulfilled within 1–5 business days.

Cancellations or changes can only be accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this window, we cannot modify or cancel your order.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

Please note that delays caused by customs, courier logistics, or third-party suppliers are beyond our control.
International Restrictions
Some countries may have restrictions on certain products (e.g., fragile items, liquids, or personal care items).
